Family Holidays Dubai provides a comprehensive platform for exploring Dubai's most exciting attractions and experiences. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Attraction Tickets: Purchase tickets to Dubai's iconic landmarks including Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Dubai Aquarium, IMG Worlds of Adventure, and numerous other family-friendly destinations
  • Guided Tours: Book professionally guided tours covering desert safaris, city tours, cultural experiences, and adventure activities
  • Family Entertainment Packages: Specially curated packages designed for families with children, including theme parks, water parks, and educational attractions
  • Desert Adventures: Experience authentic Arabian desert activities including dune bashing, camel riding, sandboarding, and traditional Bedouin camp experiences
  • Cultural Experiences: Explore Dubai's rich heritage through museum visits, traditional souks, and cultural performances
  • Water Activities: Access to beach clubs, water sports, yacht tours, and aquatic adventures

We act as an intermediary between customers and service providers, facilitating bookings and ensuring quality experiences. All activities and attractions are operated by licensed third-party providers who maintain their own terms and conditions, which you also agree to abide by when booking through our platform.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

3.1 Booking Process

When you book tours online or buy attraction tickets through our platform, you enter into a binding contract. The booking process involves:

  1. Selection of desired attractions, tours, or packages from our website
  2. Specification of dates, number of participants, and any special requirements
  3. Review of booking details including pricing, terms, and cancellation policies
  4. Provision of accurate personal information including full names, contact details, and emergency contacts
  5. Payment processing through our secure payment gateway
  6. Receipt of booking confirmation via email with detailed itinerary and vouchers

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Debit cards
  • Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
  • Bank transfers for group bookings (advance payment required)

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified. Payment must be received in full before confirmation of your booking. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information.

3.3 Pricing and Fees

Our pricing structure is transparent and competitive. All prices displayed on our website include:

  • Base ticket or tour price
  • Service fees and booking charges
  • Applicable taxes and government fees

Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will honor the price at the time of booking. Additional costs such as transportation to meeting points, meals (unless specified), personal expenses, and optional activities are not included unless explicitly stated.

4. Special Promotional Offer

Family Holidays Dubai offers an exclusive 50% discount on all bookings made within one hour of a new visitor's first access to our website. This promotional offer is subject to the following terms and conditions:

4.1 Eligibility Requirements

  • Offer valid only for first-time visitors to our website
  • Discount applies to bookings completed within 60 minutes of initial website access
  • Valid for individual attraction tickets and standard tour packages
  • Minimum booking value of AED 200 required
  • Maximum discount cap of AED 1,000 per booking

4.2 Exclusions and Limitations

The promotional discount does not apply to:

  • Premium or VIP packages
  • Already discounted or sale items
  • Group bookings exceeding 10 participants
  • Bookings during peak season periods (December 15 - January 15, Eid holidays)
  • Third-party services with fixed pricing agreements

This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or voucher codes. Family Holidays Dubai reserves the right to verify eligibility and may request additional information to prevent abuse of this promotional offer.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both customers and service providers:

  • More than 7 days before activity date: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
  • 4-7 days before activity date: 50% refund of total booking value
  • 2-3 days before activity date: 25% refund of total booking value
  • Less than 48 hours before activity date: No refund available
  • No-show: No refund and no rescheduling permitted

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@familyholidaysdubai.com. Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method.

5.2 Service Provider Cancellations

In the rare event that a tour or attraction is cancelled by the service provider due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or operational issues, you will receive:

  • Full refund of the booking amount, or
  • Option to reschedule to an alternative date at no additional cost, or
  • Credit voucher valid for 12 months for any Family Holidays Dubai service

5.3 Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, civil unrest, or acts of terrorism. In such cases, we will work with you to find suitable alternatives or provide appropriate refunds.

6. User Responsibilities and Conduct

6.1 Accurate Information

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information during the booking process. This includes:

  • Correct spelling of all participant names as they appear on identification documents
  • Valid contact information including phone number and email address
  • Accurate age information for all participants (especially children)
  • Disclosure of any medical conditions, disabilities, or special requirements
  • Valid passport information for activities requiring identification

Failure to provide accurate information may result in denied entry to attractions, inability to participate in activities, and forfeiture of booking fees without refund.

6.2 Behavioral Standards

All customers must conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner. You agree to:

  • Follow all safety instructions provided by tour guides and attraction staff
  • Respect local customs, traditions, and cultural sensitivities
  • Comply with dress codes at religious sites and cultural venues
  • Supervise children at all times during activities
  • Refrain from behavior that may endanger yourself or others
  • Not engage in illegal activities or substance abuse during tours

Service providers reserve the right to remove participants who violate these standards without refund.

6.3 Health and Safety Requirements

Certain activities have specific health and safety requirements. You must:

  • Meet minimum age, height, or weight requirements for activities
  • Disclose pregnancy, heart conditions, back problems, or other health concerns
  • Follow all safety equipment usage instructions
  • Acknowledge that some activities involve inherent risks
  • Ensure adequate travel insurance coverage for adventure activities

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Family Holidays Dubai website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Family Holidays Dubai or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.1 Permitted Use

You may access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may:

  • View and print pages for personal reference
  • Share links to our website on social media
  • Download booking confirmations and vouchers for your use

7.2 Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Emotional distress or disappointment
  • Costs of substitute services or products

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking in question. This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis.

8.1 Third-Party Service Providers

We act as an intermediary for third-party service providers. While we carefully select our partners, we are not responsible for the actions, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such third parties. Any claims regarding services provided by third parties should be directed to those providers.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

Family Holidays Dubai reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of significant changes by:

  • Sending email notifications to registered users
  • Displaying prominent notices on our website
